Originally founded in 2013 as part of Red Oven, the luxury lifestyle hotel’s lively market-style restaurant, this raw counter and charcoal grill has become SO popular that it has now been relaunched as a standalone dining destination. Led by Chef Sornnarin, our Japanese Chef, SOSHI will bring a contemporary twist to this classical Asian culinary art.
Japanese cuisine is rooted in the quality of its ingredients, and SOSHI sources the finest produce from Tajima, in Japan’s Hyogo Prefecture, which is famous for its unspoiled natural landscapes, pure mountain air and environmentally friendly farming methods. By harnessing fresh seafood, premium beef, organic rice and more, SOSHI ensures that every dish bursts with flavor.
This makes it ideal for health-conscious diners, with a choice of à la carte menus and all-you-can-eat lunch and dinner options. Guests can pick from a wide range of hand-cut sushi, sashimi and maki, along with charcoal-grilled meats and seafood, with Insta-worthy signature dishes such as red magoru uni, hotate saikyo, unagi avocado rolls, sake ikura chirashi don, and wagyu niku yaki don.
