Chocolate and cake are two of the world’s many delights. That’s why SO/ Bangkok combines the two of them to make a Chocolab Hi-Tea set for the first time ever at its experimental Chocolab. With a focus on Belgium coverture chocolate, the hi tea set comes with a glass of indulgent Belgium chocolate frappe for each connoisseur, too — alternatively, freshly brewed coffee and tea are also available.

Opting for cakes and bonbons only, the Chocolab HI-TEA set is the sweetest afternoon pleasure. The dense chocolate brownie cake is spiralled with rich chocolate. The chocolate panna cotta is a luscious Italian custard made with finely grounded cocoa. Embellished with bright colours, the handcrafted chocolate pralines are so velvet-smooth that they will be melting on your palate. Delicate to your touch and stunning to the eyes, the signature macaroons are light and airy bites in contrast to the decadent chocolate treats.
